International Women's Day is an opportunity to recognise the role women play across Speedmaster - and the progress the company has made in an industry where female representation has historically been low.

The Numbers

As of 2022, female representation at Speedmaster is close to 40%. Women hold leadership positions in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Supply Chain, and Warehousing, with additional roles across Customer Service, Sales, Ecommerce, Distribution Centre Operations, IT, and Infrastructure.
