Speedmaster earned a third-place class finish at the 2014 Battle at Primm, climbing from 28th on the grid through a 284-vehicle field across two days of racing in the SNORE Competition 1400 Series.

Reigning ANDRA Top Doorslammer champion John Zappia qualified second with a 5.928 and set the meeting's top speed of 249.3 mph at the Pro Showdown opening round in Perth. Component issues ended his elimination run, but the pace is set heading into the Westernationals.
