A Gen VI 454 from the wrecking yard ran back-to-back on the dyno with its factory EFI intake and a Speedmaster Eliminator dual-plane paired with a Holley 650 XP carburetor. The carb combination produced 370 hp and 476 lb-ft, trading a small amount of low-end torque for stronger power above 3,700 rpm.
