Careers at Speedmaster
Speedmaster operates across three continents with more than 500 employees — in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, technology, and support. We're a vertically integrated business that designs and builds in-house, which means the work here connects directly to the product.
If you're looking for a role where what you do shows up in the real world — on a dyno, on the strip, or on a shelf — this is the right place to look.
To apply, send your resume and details to hr@speedmaster79.com. Include the area of work you're interested in. The recruitment process varies by role and department — the team will follow up from there.
Areas of Work
Speedmaster spans a wide range of functions. Below are the teams that keep the business moving.
Sales & Business Development
These teams work directly with customers and business partners — introducing Speedmaster's product range, building relationships, and keeping them going. Covers both consumer and trade channels.
Support & Service
The team that connects customers to solutions — by phone, email, chat, and in person. Every interaction is an opportunity to make the experience of owning a Speedmaster part better than the one before it.
Supply Chain
Demand forecasting, materials planning, and inventory management across the business. This team keeps production running and orders shipping — from daily factory builds through to annual planning cycles.
Research & Development
The engineering team behind the product. R&D at Speedmaster means working on parts that end up in real builds — street, race, marine, and restoration. The brief is always performance and fit, not convention.
Marketing
Working directly alongside designers and engineers as products come to life. Marketing at Speedmaster means understanding what's being built and communicating it accurately — to builders, enthusiasts, and the trade.
Information Systems & Technology
The team that keeps Speedmaster's global operations connected — ERP systems, the website, manufacturing and logistics platforms, and corporate infrastructure. The business runs across three continents; IS&T makes sure it runs without friction.
Operations & Warehouse
Inbound, outbound, logistics, inventory, and production. This team gets product from the facility to the customer — efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
Facilities Management
Responsible for the physical environments Speedmaster operates in — planning, maintenance, sustainability, transport, and security across our facilities.
Human Resources
The team that finds, develops, and supports Speedmaster's people. HR here is responsible for talent across a global, growing organisation — covering recruitment, culture, and employee development.
Legal
Supporting the full business across intellectual property, compliance, and corporate standards. A vertically integrated manufacturer with global distribution generates genuinely complex legal work.
Finance & Accounting
Investment strategy, risk management, P&L oversight, and financial planning for a business operating across three continents. This team supports growth at both the top and bottom line.
Administration
Keeping the business organised and moving. Roles span executive support, reception, and coordination across departments.
How to Apply
Send your resume and a short note on the area of work you're interested in. There are no set application windows — roles open as the business grows. The team reviews applications on an ongoing basis.
