Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Speedmaster Influence™ Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between Speedmaster and our influencers/affiliates/advocates.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Applicants must have an active and engaged following on at least one social media platform or a blog.

Application Process

1. All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful.
2. Speedmaster reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Content Creation and Promotion

1. Influencers/affiliates are encouraged to create high-quality content that accurately represents Speedmaster products.
2. Content must adhere to all relevant advertising and disclosure laws, including the FTC guidelines for endorsements.
3. Speedmaster reserves the right to request changes or removal of content that does not meet our standards.

Extra Refunds

1. Submit live content featuring Speedmaster products to receive an additional refund on the purchased items.
2. The extra refund is calculated to ensure the total discount does not exceed 50% off the original price of the item. For example, if an item is already discounted at 40% during the first transaction, the additional refund will be up to 10% to total a maximum of 50% off.
3. Refund calculations will be done on a per-order basis to ensure proper discount application.

Commission Payments

1. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales generated through the unique coupon code.
2. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
3. Speedmaster reserves the right to withhold commissions for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate participation in the Speedmaster Influence™ Program at any time with written notice.
2. Upon termination, influencers/affiliates must cease using Speedmaster branding and unique coupon codes immediately.
3. Any outstanding commissions will be paid out in accordance with the usual payment schedule.

General Conditions

1. Speedmaster reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Speedmaster Influence™ Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Speedmaster is not responsible for any technical issues or failures related to the program or application process.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Speedmaster operates.
