How It Works
From sign-up to your first order — six steps to get up and running on the dealer portal.
1. Create an Account
Register on the Speedmaster website to get started. New accounts begin at Red tier status.
2. Your Dashboard
Once logged in, your account dashboard gives you access to pricing, inventory, order tools, and tier status — all in one view. Six membership tiers above Red, each with greater pricing and service benefits.
3. Browse & Order
Search products and access photos, specifications, and pricing — applied automatically to your account tier. Stock availability and loyalty points earned are visible on each product page.
4. Checkout
Your cart shows an order summary including discount applied, savings, and points earned. Confirm and proceed to payment.
5. Fulfillment
Orders are picked and packed by the warehouse team within 24 hours of processing.
6. Track Your Progress
Your Account Overview shows points earned, tier status, and how far you are from the next tier — along with any unlocked rewards and personalized services.
Dashboard Features
Full order history, sortable by date, number, or amount. Create reorders and view negotiated quotes.
Account balance, outstanding balance, credits, terms, transaction history, open invoices, and printed statements.
Email preferences, shipping addresses, payment methods, and password management.
Gift certificate codes, wishlist management, and stock notification sign-ups for out-of-stock items.
