Almost 10% larger that stock intermediate piston, the increased diameter applies more clamping force on the second gear clutch pack. Reducing the possibility of driving through the clutches as the power curve comes on strong. The stock 5.617 center support piston has be increased by 0.250" to 5.867 in diameter.
